MEASUREMENT OF THE PARAMETERS OF THE FOCAL SPOT OF AN X-RAY TUBE USING KUMAKHOV OPTICS 13

Each capillary captures radiation traveling in a small solid angle on the order of 2qcr and thus creates a minimal part

of the image of the spot, or pixel. The radiation intensity corresponding to this pixel at the exit from the capillary is proportional

to the radiation intensity from the corresponding area of the spot. The geometric scheme of the capillary is presented

in Fig. 1.
